We remain committed to ensure justice for Aliza Sherman

On behalf of Cleveland Mayor Frank G. Jackson and Cleveland Chief of Police Michael McGrath, I want to thank everyone who signed the Justice for Aliza petition for your continued commitment to the investigation.  On behalf of all of us who care about safety, I extend our sympathy to the family and friends Aliza Sherman for this senseless crime.

Be assured, Cleveland police investigators are diligently investigating every tip and every piece of evidence associated with this heinous crime. We remain committed to identifying and convicting the individual(s) responsible for the death of Ms. Sherman. We have joined with our law enforcement partners to ensure every facet of this murder is investigated.

  1. Broad daylight. CCTV cameras everywhere. This is the same police force that failed to find three women captives for 10 years on the West Side. I feel safe…
