More than 450 dogs received free services at Glenville Canine Wellness Day

Volunteers and a grant from the ASPCA helped make for a successful event

This past Sunday, Cleveland’s Animal Control Services joined forces with Councilmen Kevin Conwell and Jeff Johnson, the ASPCA, PetFix and Friends of the City of Cleveland Kennel for the Glenville Canine Wellness Day at Sam Miller Park. Furry canine friends received free vaccinations, micro-chipping, engraved ID tags, collars and leashes. Volunteers began arriving at 9:30 AM for the event that concluded after 5 PM. More than 450 dogs and their owners received free services. Many thanks to everyone who helped make the event a huge success.
